RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

If you would like to return or exchange your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and post the product back within 14 days after the return or exchange has been approved. Please make sure that you contact us before posting the item back. You are responsible to pay for the return postage.

The following products cannot be returned or exchanged:

• • all custom orders and for all product that was modified by your reques.
  • all digital downloads.
  • all physical products that has been altered, modified or damaged by you.

The acceptance or refusal of return and exchange request is solely at Niome Art’s discretion.

RETURN ON DAMAGED PRODUCTS

We do our best to pack the product with care so it will safely reach its destination. However, sometimes they can be damaged during shipping. If this is the case, please contact us within 14 days with details of the issue. We will arrange a solution to rectify this issue.
