PROCESSING TIME

Our processing time for finished item is two business days. During which time, we will contact you if there is any issue with the purchase. Such as, item no longer available, payment issue, etc.

For custom order or if you requested any modification, we would need about three to four weeks to complete the order. If due to unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disaster, we are not able to finish within the promised time, I will let you know as soon as I am aware of these circumstance. We will ship the order the next business day after it is complete, even if it finished less than the three to four weeks window.

POSTAGE AND DELIVERY

All domestic and international orders will be sent with standard post via Australia Post.
Most parcels will be sent with a tracking number, unless otherwise specified in the listing description.

Due to the current COVID-19 situations, there may be delays in postal delivery. Please let me know if you have not received the items after 8 weeks of the order being posted.

Please contact me, if you would prefer other shipping method or provider. For example: if you need the item faster or if you don’t want the item shipped with a tracking number. Please note that if you opt for the item to be sent without a tracking number, we cannot be responsible for any missing or lost parcel.

Please note that if you opt for no tracking, we cannot refund the purchase in the case of missing parcel or miss delivery.
